The move appears to be part of a pushback against Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the Liberal Party leadership race. Several of Mr. Trudeau's senior advisors in his office 바카라are no longer on the Prime Minister's cabinet list, and most have indicated to some that they cannot be part of cabinet, according to sources close to Mr. Trudeau.
But another source close to the Prime Minister said he could not comment on specific government ministries that may be affected. The sources also refused to discuss any specific ministries.
However, many of the ministers that are being forced to resign include former Finance Minister Bill Morneau, Health Minister Jane Philpott, Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan and Justice Minister Jody Wilson-Raybould.
Mr. Trudeau's communications director, Karina Gould, tweeted a link to an article on the New York Times website that reported on a source claiming that "Mr. Trudeau is being considered for a replacement for Tom Mulcair, leader of the opposition, in 2019," suggesting the leader is being considered for a leadership bid in that year.
Gould has been at pains to dismiss calls that she could face criticism for the government's handling of the Tom Mulcair controversy, which has engulfed the Prime Minister's office. Mr. Trudeau's spokesperson said Gould was 우리카지노"not aware of any sources" offering information that could suggest a potential run for the leadership, nor were she aware of any cabinet minister being forced to resign.
In the article, the writer alleged that several cabinet ministers had advised Mr. Trudeau to give up on his leadership race because "their top managers told him he should not have taken the job." The article also referred to allegations that Ms. Trudeau herself had instructed Mr. Trudeau not to accept the job, citing "a number of top executives," including her son, who was Prime Minister Stephen Harper's communications director.
